New Year’s Resolutions

Okay, so we all know that everyone makes New Year’s Resolutions. And we all know that within about a month, those big plans have gone out the window. I think the biggest problem is that we set our sights to high. I’ve decided to set a few New Year’s Resolutions, but to keep them within reasonable expectations. So here are a few of them.

1. Take, print, frame and hang at least 5 of my own photographs in my house.
2. Finish painting my kitchen.
3. Put in recessed lighting in my kitchen.
4. Shoot a sub-100 round of golf w/o mulligans.
5. Walk the dog at least 3 times a week.
6. Cut back on soda.
7. Make more meals at home.

These are just a few of my goals for this next year. I hope you all have a wonderful new year!

One the one hand, you are aware that you are around other people, but there is an almost unwritten rule of non-interaction between laundry doers. You are sort of in your own world working on cleaning a big part of what tends to define you to the outside world. The state of your clothes can say a lot about you, and so this leads me to…
